Best left for a sunny day as there is limited seating inside but plenty outside on the sands; where you can enjoy the view of the sea, or if you turn around, the hill up to the Golf Club, your return route. The café advertises that it is open 363 days of the year and comes in one of my top places for a café stop. Bacon, egg, or bacon & egg baps, and full cooked breakfast are on the menu, and on a good day you can get them to do eggs on toast, along with toasted tea cakes and assorted cakes. Summer visitors sitting outside usually get paper cups and plates but the crockery is brought out for Wheelers. Eggs on toast an a mug of tea for £4.90 last time I visited. There is free WFI, if you must.

Their sausage toasted baps are quite possibly the best in Cornwall. This can also be a nice sheltered spot if the wind is from the east, even in winter.
