Our weekly rides venture out to a cafe for brunch, returning to Falmouth at (typically) 2:00pm. Where possible destinations are publicised prior to date so late comers or on-route members can play catch up. We have WhatsApp groups for each ride available to all members.
Sunday Rides
The Sunday Rides all leave at 9:00am from Falmouth Business Park, TR11 4SZ

Introductory Ride: <15 miles, gentle pace
Short Ride: 15-30 miles, typically <11mph average
Medio Ride: 30-50 miles, typically 11-12mph average
Long Ride: 50+ miles, typically 12mph+ average (may start earlier in summer)
These are the typical Sunday rides but we adapt to accommodate riders of all abilities. So the mileages/speeds are a guideline only and are often adjusted on the day depending on the weather and group ability. The pace will vary depending on the route profile – how many hills and how steep. Rest assured – nobody gets left behind!
