As discussed at the last meeting Jan would like to offer a taster Pilates session on Tuesday 18th Feb at Woodlane Social Club in the room downstairs at 6.30 p.m.
She need numbers though and we had lots of hands go up at the meeting showing interest. If you would like to attend let me or Jan know. I will be at the Film Night tonight and will ask all who attend who would like to go. Use either email or one of the WhatsApp groups to make contact. If you can’t make contact let someone who can contact either Jan or myself know that you would like to attend.
Regular sessions, time and place, will be decided following the taster session.
