A good turnout of riders at HQ divided into 3 groups. Trevor set off towards Mullion with, Denise, Sonjia, Joe, Liz, Sheila & Barbara. Amanda set of to Portreath with Silvia & Sarah. Robin, Ian, Phil 4 , Ben, Phil 2 & Myself set off to Porthscatho, we made the 10oclock ferry where we were relieved of £2.00 a head, gone are the days of a £1.00 in the charity pot. A very good turnout by Club members today, we were up into the 20’s with several different routes being discussed, Portreath, Porthleven, Perranuthnoe and Perranporth. It was definitely a ‘P’ day! I opted for Perranporth along with seven others, Fred, Kath, Sheila, Colin, Trevor3, Ben and Dean. The weather was going to be dry but with an autumnal chill in the southerly wind.
