We are going to attempt to have our August meeting in real time. The venue will be Woodlane Social Club Car Park and the start time will be 7.30 pm. Please don’t arrive before 7.15 pm and please ensure that you are socially distancing prior to the meeting.
You will need to bring something to sit on, Chair or Blanket so that we can be kept 2 metres apart. I would like to discourage standing as we may be inclined to drift too near to others. Woodlane have not yet re-opened so there will be no bar facilities. The car park is shut to cars therefore you will need to find somewhere to park nearby or otherwise walking or cycling will be your option. Cycling is tricky with a chair though. Liz will make a note of who has attended the meeting so that we can Track and Trace if necessary.
There is no obligation to attend as the minutes/notes will be put on to the website and if it is raining hard then the meeting will not go ahead. The forecast at the moment is looking ok though.
I’m not sure of the square footage of the car park but am thinking that we will only be able to have a Maximum of 8-10 members in addition to any committee members.
