A cold clear dawn greeted me as i dragged my weary body from its nightly slumbers. I say this because i spent the previous day moving raised vegtable beds in the garden; digging is supposed to be theraputic!
So to the ride. As it was near to Phil1’s birthday he offered to buy the coffees so only right he should choose destination and route. The Green Room, St Agnes was his choice so off we went. We were joined today by Robin and Sam who is doing his Masters at Tremough; this of course lowered the average age quite considerably.
Frost was evident in several places but did not cause any problems, least ways not that i was aware of. We all sat outside and enjoyed our coffee stop then set off home via Porthtowan -seemed like a good idea at the time!
Jan left us above Lanner, Simon left us at the grassy triangle somewhere, leaving Amanda, Adrian, Trevor 2, Phil 1, Ian, Robin, Sam and yours truly to wend there way home. On my way i met Denise, Don, Anne and Trevor 1 who had been to Godrevy. A good day out for all.
